Early Bible

June 23, 2013

Every so often I sit and look through this wonderful little Bible that I gifted myself with a few
years ago just before Christmas. The young girl that owned it so loved poetry and saving
things that were dear to her heart.
I hope you are able to read some of the poems.
I have also listed some history that was also listed about her family.
I know it's a lot of information, but thought some might like to read it.

Have a wonderful day!!
xoxo Louise

            1. Oh my goodness, what a treasure...not only the Bible itself, but knowledge of the owner/family history as well! And discovering wee scraps, poems, letters, and the like tucked lovingly within the pages is a delight indeed...a peek into the past. I feel certain that Marcia Ann is most grateful to know that her precious Bible has found a forever home with you.
              Thank you for sharing Louise!
              Sending much happiness your way...
