I have always wanted to hook a rag rug, and when a friend told me about this rug, I was interested in seeing it. It was hooked by Pam Smith, and listed in the 1993 Celebration of Hand Hooked Rugs 111 book.
I am amazed at how much it looks like a rag rug and how she incorporated her cat into it.
I must hook this style soon, along with fringe on the ends!
Just plain and simple broken lines of color.
