This is the time of year that your skin starts to resemble that of an alligators,
so I thought you might like to try this lotion.

Also works like magic on the heels of your feet!
Lotion recipe.
1 bottle of Baby lotion
1 jar vitamin E Cream
1/2 bottle of Aloe Vera lotion
1/2 jar Petroleum Jelly
One batch will fill 4 wide mouth half pint mason jars.
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl with an old hand mixer.

ReplyDeleteI've made this a couple times but have had a terrible time getting the petroleum jelly to mix well, even using a mixer. The second time I tried melting it and that didn't help. Any helpful hints for me?

Hi Lauren, I would just rub them into the palms of my hands before applying to my skin, makes for extra rich lotion.
DeleteThis last batch I mixed with a spoon and my hands to work through any lumps.
