Hooked rugs

I wanted to share a few colorful rugs that I've been working on. 
This geometric rug would make a great bench cover!
I used only left over wool strips.
Both rugs are not as bright as they appear in the photo.
Measures approximately 12" X 20"



And "Merry Old Soul" a punch needle design by Country Stitches.
With permission I was able to enlarge the design to hook.
It's been so much fun to work on!
Measures approximately 26" x 29"

    Beautiful rugs, Louise. I really like the Santa rug...all that wonderful red! Great to use up left over wool and come up with such a pretty rug.

    Oh My but I do love the Santa. AND, yes I do like your geometric but it is reminding me of the one similar that I started maybe 9 years ago which I've never finished. Perhaps I need to pull it out and give updates on my blog of my sinful neglect of rugs in need of finishing.

    Scrappy quilts and rugs are my all time favorite, so I love this one with the squares on point! The colors in your scrap bin are perfect for it!

    Both of the rugs are so wonderful!! The geometric one is perfect for a bench or table top and I really love the Santa! That would be a hard one to put away, so I guess it will just have to be Christmas all year long!!

    Beautiful! Love the Santa bold contrasts and the geo rug is very rich looking. I like the diamond pattern. What a great way to use up the leftovers.
