The house tour was wonderful!
A few of the homes on tour were in my neck of the woods.
I could only take pictures of the outside of the homes and property,
no indoor photography was allowed.
A few of the homes I was unable to photograph.
I will share in two posts the photos I was able to take.
Hope you enjoy the tour!!
xoxo Louise

Wisner-Rapp House built in the early to mid 1800's
is now home of the Charlestown Historical Society.
Jacob Wisner 1761-1846 was a Revolutionary War Veteran.
The drum down below was found under the rafters.
They think it was used by Jacob during the Revolutionary War.

What wonderful homes..sure wish I could visit them. There is a 1700 home at The Henry Frd and I am in awe of the architecture and furniture that is in it and how they use to cok their meals in those large fireplaces. I love historical homes. Janice
