Goodbye to summer

Sept. 9, 2013

Soon summer will be officially over and we will be closing our pool,

so I wanted to take a few photos to share.

It really is a great area for parties and hanging out!

Wedding Pocket

Thank you all for taking the time to leave such nice comments about my grandbaby.

Mom, Dad, and Baby are doing great!

I wanted to share with you my Wedding Pocket as I work on it.

After looking at my photo I noticed I made a mistake down at the very bottom 

left center using the dark blue instead of the light blue.

I will post some information for those that cannot read the print on the box.

Sarah Leonard was born May 6, 1766, in Warwick, Massachusetts.

This pocket was one of a pair embroidered before marriage on 

December 15, 1786, to David Mayo.

They lived in Warwick, where they kept a store, a public house

and a toll gate.

This pocket is large measuring 18" long and 13" at the widest point.

Our grandson arrived!!

Our grandson Lawrence Edwin arrived beautiful and healthy

Friday night August 30th!!

He weighted in at 7lbs 8oz. 21 inches.

I am deliriously happy!!
